General Return Policy

At LombokKomodoTrip, we’re committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our tour experiences. Our transparent refund and cancellation policies are designed to be fair while accommodating unforeseen circumstances.

All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official contact form for proper documentation.

Authorization & Return Process

Authorization Required

To maintain security and proper documentation, all cancellation or refund requests require authorization from our customer service team. Contact us to initiate this process.

Required Information

For digital service bookings like ours, please provide these details for verification:

  • Your booking reference number
  • Full name as it appears on the booking
  • The email address used during reservation
  • Reason for cancellation (helps us improve)

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3-7 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation once completed, with funds typically appearing in your account within additional banking processing times.

Refund Method

For security and simplicity, refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment method. Third-party payment reversals aren’t permitted.

Special Conditions by Tour Type

Rinjani Trekking Adventures

  • 14+ days notice: Full refund available
  • 7-13 days notice: 50% refund or free reschedule
  • Less than 7 days: Non-refundable but transferable

Komodo Sailing Expeditions

  • 30+ days notice: Full refund or reschedule
  • 15-29 days notice: 75% refund or reschedule
  • Less than 15 days: Non-refundable but fully transferable to another guest

Force Majeure & Operator Cancellations

  • Weather-related cancellations: Full refund or priority rescheduling
  • Government restrictions: Full refund plus 10% future booking credit
  • Safety-related cancellations: Immediate refund plus alternative options
  • Operator-initiated cancellations: Full refund plus complimentary upgrade on next booking

Important Policy Notes

  • No-show situations without prior communication forfeit refund eligibility
  • Discounted promotions maintain the same cancellation terms
  • All digital bookings are eligible for cancellation per these terms
  • Group bookings (8+ people) require 30 days notice for full refunds
  • Special event dates may have modified cancellation windows
