RATES

• Infants (under 2 years old): Free of charge
• Toddlers (2–5 years old): 50% of the normal rate
• Children (over 5 years old): Full price

PAYMENT TERMS

• A 30% deposit is required to guarantee the booking, payable no later than 3 days (high season: June–September) or 5 days (low season: October–May) after receiving confirmation.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the sailing date.
• All additional bank charges or overseas transfers are the responsibility of the guest/agent.
• Full payment must be completed before departure; unpaid guests will not be allowed to board.

CANCELLATION

• Guest cancellations are non-refundable, but bookings can be transferred to another person (substitute guest).
• For cancellations due to government restrictions, pandemics, or flight disruptions, rebooking is possible within 12 months of the original travel date, subject to availability.
• If no rebooking is made within this period, deposits will be forfeited with no refund.

LIABILITIES

• By confirming a booking, guests and agents agree to release the operator from liability for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, or losses, except where caused by gross negligence of the operator.
• All activities during the cruise are entirely at the guest’s own risk.

BOOKING CONDITION

• Reservations are confirmed after deposit payment is received.
• Rescheduling requires at least 30 days’ notice in low season or 45 days’ notice in high season.
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be retained for rebooking within 12 months.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

• Labuan Bajo – Lombok
• Check-in: 20:00 – 21:00 (local time)
• Check-out: 22:00 – 23:00 (Day 4) or 08:00 (Day 5)
• Lombok – Labuan Bajo
• Check-in: 13:00 – 14:00 (local time)
• Check-out: 12:00 – 13:00 (local time)

ITINERARIES

The operator reserves the right to adjust or deviate from the published itinerary depending on weather, sea conditions, or emergencies. Safety remains the top priority, and changes do not entitle passengers to refunds or compensation.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITY

• Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
• Compliance with local laws, safety procedures, and crew instructions is mandatory.
• The vessel’s officers may preserve evidence of any incidents in compliance with law enforcement requirements.

REPLACEMENT VESSEL

• If technical issues occur before departure, a replacement vessel or rescheduling within 12 months will be offered, subject to availability.
• No refund will be given once the voyage has commenced.
• If no suitable replacement is available, a full refund will be issued.

BAD WEATHER CONDITION

In case of severe weather (considered force majeure), trips may be rescheduled within 12 months. No cash refunds will be provided; rescheduling is the sole remedy.

FEEDBACK / COMPLAINTS

• Guests are encouraged to provide feedback during the trip so issues can be resolved immediately.
• Formal complaints must be submitted within 2 days after the trip has finished.

FORCE MAJEURE

Events beyond control (e.g., war, natural disasters, pandemics, technical failures, government restrictions) may affect trips. In such cases, payments will be retained as deposits and rescheduling within 12 months will be offered. No refunds will be issued, except where mandated by law.
